Please submit manuscripts in English via ConfTool at https://www.conftool.org/asianfa2026 in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or Adobe PDF (.pdf) format by February 13, 2026; decisions will be communicated by email on April 5, 2026.

Submissions will undergo a double-blind review by the Program Committee, so the blinded manuscript must not contain any author-identifying information (including acknowledgments, self-identifying citations, or file metadata).

Prepare a separate cover page file listing the paper title and all authors’ names, affiliations, postal addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses; the first page of the blinded manuscript should include only the title and an abstract of up to 200 words, followed by the main text.

Papers must represent original work not published or accepted elsewhere.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present in person; accepted authors may also be invited to serve as discussants or session chairs.
